Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman have finally announced that they are expecting their first child next year. Talk about stating the obvious!

X-Tina and Jordan have been trying their best to keep mum about the situation but the increasingly large bump on her tummy is somewhat hard to hide.

And while this is the first official announcement of the pregnancy, the news was accidentally leaked by Christina's friend and world-renowned airhead, Paris Hilton, a few months back.

Needless to say, the news doesn't come as shock to anyone - and we're not even convinced the story should be considered news at this point.
