Whoopi Goldberg, Brad Renfro both Snubbed from Oscar Montages!

Whoopi Goldberg, the first black woman to host the Oscars (actually the first woman ever) and the only Oscar winner to ever host the Academy Awards was left out of a montage of great moments from the past shows during last night's event - and let's just say her co-hosts on The View were less than impressed with the slip-up.

Goldberg, who now hosts The View alongside Joy Behar, Barbara Walter, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd, received some much-deserved respect from her new co-hosts, who made it very clear that Oscar researchers needed to do a better job with their findings.

And while Barbara Walters was quick to point out that Whoopi was included in another montage from last night's coveted event (of past Oscar winners), there was simply no excuse as to why she wasn't included in both.

But this wasn't the only slip-up from last night's event. Another famous face was left out of a montage where he clearly warranted an appearance as well.

Brad RenfroBrad Renfro, who appeared in movies such as The Client and Apt Pupil, died last year from an alleged drug overdose. The child actor was left out last night's Oscar montage featuring over 98 movie-types who passed away in the last year.

When asked by TMZ as to why Renfro was left out of the memoriam, the Academy replied with "It is simply not possible to include everyone in that segment."

Are they kidding?

These types of "slip-ups" are simply inexcusable.
