Mr. Blackwell Reveals Best and Worst Dressed of ’07!

Mr. Blackwell is one of the most influential fashionistas when it comes to naming the best and worst dressed celebrities every year. Whether you agree or disagree , you gotta love what he has to say about some of Hollywood's most talked-about celebs.

Victoria BeckhamThis year, Victoria Beckham topped Mr. Blackwell's worst dressed list, as he dubbed the posh princess as "one skinny-mini monstrosity."

Who else made Mr. Blackwell cringe this year?

While Posh and Amy were unsuccessful at impressing Mr. Blackwell this year, there were 10 beautiful women who managed to make the best-dressed list.
