Miley Cyrus Debuts Smokin’ Hot New Look – Love It or Hate It?

Miley Cyrus stepped on the red carpet of her Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert 3D premiere yesterday with a smokin' hot new look - seriously!

Miley darkened her luscious locks and showed off a much more mature makeup style. The teen sensation looked ridiculously cute with her short gray/silver party dress and classic black heels.

The 15-year-old star of Hannah Montana (and daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, who also attended last night's event) has been taking the world by storm with her energetic style and loveable personality.

Also attending last night's premiere was High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale, former Dancing with the Stars contestant Lisa Rinna, former talk show host Donnie Osmond, Ugly Betty star Vanessa Williams, and actress Heather Locklear (with her children).

Looks like Miley has an elaborate fan base!

I really really like Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus but I just can't help but wonder if she'll end up like Britney.

I don't really like it...she looks like she's trying to copy Hilary Duff. Seriously. I like her BROWN hair better with this. She just looks goth and that's the truth...but I still ADORE Miley!!
