Miley Cyrus and Dad Criticized for Not Buckling Up!

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has had her fair share of criticism lately (remember the r"racy" photos and the body double?) and the 15-year-old star is in the spotlight once again - this time for a whole different reason.

As a teen star, it's important to realize that everything you do, on and off camera, can affect the lives of young children everywhere.

So what is it that has Miley and her dad being scrutinized all over the world?

The dad/daughter duo failed to buckle up in the backseat of a Range Rover in a scene for the Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert movie.

The movie has already been viewed by millions of kids all over the world and has parents concerned that Ms. Cyrus is setting a bad example for their children.

Consumer Reports magazine is dishing the dirt on the dynamic pair, revealing that 65% of the 13-15-year-olds killed in automobile accidents in 2006 were not wearing seatbelts.
