Lindsay Lohan Tops List of Dumbest Celebrities!

How they ever narrowed it down to 50 is beyond me, but some of the names on the list were shocking - others, not so much.

Surprisingly, Brit-Brit was pretty far down the line at No.14. How'd that happen?

While Brit managed to beat out 13 other celebs, Jeff Kwatinetz, the man who gave the go ahead for Brit's catastrophic MTV performance came in at No.4.

Some of the other stars on the list include The Hills stars Heidi Montag (6) and Spencer Pratt (3), Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian (2) and pop singer Jessica Simpson (7).
