Lindsay Lohan’s Public Makeout Session with Random Italian Guy!

We didn't think so either and it appears we were right all along.

Lilo spent the majority of 2007 battling alcohol problems and making a cozy home in some of Los Angeles' most prestigious rehabilitation centers. And after her latest release late last year, the troubled star actually started to convince us that she'd changed her wild ways. Until now, that is.

Lohan was caught making out with a random Italian guy during her recent trip to Capri. Media reports claim that the singer/actress spent more than $700 in alcohol for her friends for a night out.

But was the alcohol just for her friends or did Lindsay decide to indulge a little herself?

These images show Lohan looking a little sloppy as she makes out on top of her Italian stud in plain view of photographers and passer-bys.

Not the good-girl image she's been trying to display lately, if you ask us.

At this rate, Lohan might be back in rehab before the end of the first week in '08.

That's gotta be some sort of record!
