Lindsay Lohan Falls Off the Wagon Already – Confirmed!

Well, we all thought it was happening and now it's confirmed - Lindsay Lohan has officially fallen off the wagon and her lawyer is speaking out about the incident.

TMZ.com secured video footage showing Lilo sipping from a champagne bottle on New Year's Eve in Italy. The former rehabber didn't even wait for a glass, she just chugged the bubbly right from the bottle - classy! We wouldn't expect anything less from Hollywood's most talked-about drunk.

But, in an effort to save his client's image, Lohan's lawyer, Blair Birk, quickly shed a positive light on the tragic situation.

"The good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track," Birk told the website.

"There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."

Poor Lindsay!

Looks like someone needs to re-evaluate their lifestyle (why was she in a bar if she's a recovering alcoholic?) and their friendships (what kind of friends hand a champagne bottle to someone who's not supposed to be drinking?).

We give it two weeks before she's back in rehab!
