Josh Duhamel and Fergie Engaged – Finally!

It's been a long time coming, but Las Vegas star Josh Duhamel finally popped the question to his girlfriend of over three years, Black-Eyed Pea singer, Fergie (Stacey Ann Ferguson).

Josh Duhamel/ Fergie: Photo Credit: DARLA KHAZEI/ WENNFergie recently told PEOPLE that she wasn't expecting a wedding anytime soon because she was practically married to Josh already. But that didn't stop the 32-year-old from calling all of her friends to tell them the exciting news.

"She's the happiest girl on earth," a source told the magazine.

 And while Josh's rep confirmed the news, the date has not been finalized and the happy couple has not decided what kind of wedding they want.

And as for the actual date of the proposal, no one knows for sure exactly when Duhamel popped the question (or how). We can, however, confirm that the pair did not get engaged on Christmas day.

Looks like 2008 is shaping up to be a great year for Josh and Fergie.
