Jessica Alba may have Contracted Herpes from Derek Jeter

The 26-year-old actress and her 33-year-old former flame dated for a while before Jessica settled into a long-term relationship with Cash Warren. Cash and Jess broke up recently - perhaps he heard the news before we did.

Reports that Jessica contracted the STD from the Yankees' star were first released from the website LA Rag Mag when representatives for the site were interviewed on The Adam Carolla Show earlier this morning.

According to the site, Alba had to regularly fill a Valtrex prescription during her relationship with Cash Warren. How they came to the conclusion that it was Derek who gave her the disease in the first place is yet to be revealed.

Not as simple as Simplex!

Just imagine if the rumors are true. Let's take a second to see how many other celebs could be infected from this relationship specifically.

If Derek is infected, all of the women he's been linked to may also have been infected. This illustrious list includes Mariah Carey, Vanessa Minnillo, Halle Berry and Jessica Biel.

If those women are infected, it also means that Cash Warren, Nick Lachey and Justin Timberlake may want to make a trip to the clinic. And who knows who else has been gettin' busy in the meantime.

Could there be an outbreak of herpes in Hollywood? The disease could be spreading faster than the rumors.
