Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony have been trying desperately to hide the fact that a little one is on the way...but someone must have forgotten to tell Cavalli that the news was still hush-hush.

When asked what types of designs he delivers to his celebrity clients, the world-renowned fashion designer told PEOPLE magazine that, "Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requires something very special because she is waiting for the baby."

Looks like Roberto just pulled a Paris.

No big deal. Everyone knew she was pregnant anyways.

Even Ellen Degeneres made it clear that she thought the 27-year-old singer was preggers when she dressed up as her for Halloween - baby bump and all.

The longer they waited to announce it, the more likely someone was going to slip.

Too bad Cavalli took the fall.

No more secrets. Looks like there's going to be a new kid on Jenny's block.
