Heidi Montag Strips Down for Maxim Magazine!

We didn't think it would be too long after her boobs and nose healed that The Hill's star Heidi Montag took off her clothes for Maxim magazine - and we were right!

After getting breast implants and a nose job, it's clear that Ms. Montag is ready to show off her new look to the world.

Heidi, who called off her wedding to fiancé Spencer Pratt last month, says she's suffered from confidence issues since she was a little girl.

She looks pretty confident in these photos!

And when asked about her relationship with her former BFF Lauren Conrad, Heidi tells the magazine the following:

"She's changed. Some people go more Hollywood than others. We're from different backgrounds. She grew up in that spoiled Laguna world, and I grew up with humble beginnings. She's very controlling. She was crazy about how much time I spent with Spencer, and I had to see her every day. I've heard from other people that she's a big diva now. ‘Insiders' say."

By the looks of these photos, it's Heidi that's gone Hollywood, not Lauren.

Desperate for $$$$ are we? 4. She doesn't REALLY work at Bolthouse. 5. Spencer is pimping her out for $$$ then he will dump her after he realizes this stunt is going to bomb and backfire. 6. Sad that you BOTH have to do things like this for press while Lauren is out having a real life and not needing to do trashy things to get press. 7. People can't stand either of you and this is a poor career decision. Be prepared for NO offers.
