Hayden, Jenna and Vanessa – Worst Dressed at the Emmys
We thought determining the best-dressed ladies of the night was hard but trying to decide the worst was definitely harder. Narrowing down the worst dressed on the red carpet was like trying to choose your favorite character from "Friends" - there were simply too many possibilities to choose from.
While fashion-disaster-master Paula Abdul left viewers awestruck (yet again, but not in a good way), we weren't sure whether or not to include her on the list.
Why, you ask? Because we honestly weren't sure whether or not the dress was supposed to look like that or if it was a wardrobe malfunction. Either way, she deserves an honorable mention on the list.
The other three ladies on the Emmy walk of shame this year were Hayden Panettiere, Jenna Fischer and Vanessa Williams.
1. Hayden Panettiere
Heroes star, Hayden Panettiere, was a definite disappointment on the red carpet this year. The just-turned-legal starlet is usually dressed impeccably from head to toe. Unfortunately, this oversized dress and slicked back hairstyle made Hayden a head-to-toe flop.
While we hate to say anything bad about Jenna because we love her character so much (she plays Pam on The Office for those of you who aren't fans of the show), there's simply no denying that this dress is hideous. Perhaps it's the gigantic bow on the front that makes the dress such a mistake. The verdict is in - Jenna looks better in office attire.
We're not exactly sure how many peacocks had to die to make this dress but wearing it was definitely a fatal error on Vanessa's part. The Ugly Betty star definitely got the ‘ugly' part right with this dress.
Now that you've seen our choices for worst dressed of the night, why not check out the three leading ladies that topped our list of best dressed.
Come on, you know you want to...
