Britney Spears Unaware of Duet with Heidi Montag!

An exclusive new duet featuring Britney Spears and Heidi Montag hit radio airwaves this morning when Ryan Seacrest released the song Dramatic on his radio morning show on 102.7 Kiis FM.

The news sent shockwaves through the industry, leading many to wonder why Britney would ever agree to sing with The Hills star. Truth is, she didn't agree to it at all.

An insider close to Britney tells Perez Hilton the following:

"Heidi and Spencer got their hands on an old demo recording of Britney's that never made it onto any of her albums.

"They've been working with a lot of producers on Heidi's new album and one of them gave them the track. They decided to turn it into a duet instead of having Heidi re-record the song with just her vocals because they knew they'd get more press this way."

Heidi and Spencer are so shady!

We should have known that Britney would never agree to this mess.

She may have hit rock bottom but she's still miles above Heidi Montag.
