Britney Spears Too Sick for Deposition!

LA's favorite pop wreck, the legendary Ms. Britney Spears, has been out and about, house-hunting and Starbucks cruising the past week but has conveniently fallen ill on the day of her deposition.

But the pressure on the former pop icon is at an all-time high and it seems as though Brit thought bailing was in her best interest.

According to Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Spears didn't show because she had some form of illness or medical condition that prevented her from attending the court-ordered appointment.

Britney's friend/manager Sam Lufti told PEOPLE magazine in an exclusive email that "She is sick, both physically and high anxiety. Millions of press outside. It's too much."

Millions of press outside?

Talk about an over-exaggeration. I'm sure there were hundreds (possibly even thousands) but millions?

Should be interesting to see what the courts do with this case.

It's not looking good for Britney - this pop tart may be toast.

You know, it would be better for her and the kids if the lawyers and media just let her take a break from the custody battle. You know, give up, and then go back to fighting for weekends or even full time once she's ready. Cause lets face it, it isn't like she's a fit mother.

After this, she deserves exactly what she gets. Sick my @ss!! I have NO idea why Federline's lawyer doesn't come down on her like a ton of bricks. She is a complete waste of skin.
