Britney Spears Sick for Deposition – But Out Til 2am!

Britney Spears - or as the media likes to call her "Unfitney" - missed her court-ordered deposition yesterday morning because of a general medical illness but was cruising around until 2am last night.

Britney's friend, Sam Lufti, said that he and Brit got up to go meet K-Fed's lawyers yesterday morning but Spears freaked out when she saw the herds of paparazzi waiting outside her home.

Britney Spears: Photo Credit: WENNBut the swarms of photogs didn't seem to bother the 26-year-old pop tart when she headed out late last night to get gas and cruise around town until the wee hours of the morning.

According to Perez Hilton, when Brit was asked how she was doing, the train wreck replied with "Good, thank you."

She's not even pretending like she's sick!

K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told PEOPLE magazine that he plans to pursue a court sanction against Spears for failing to show up for yesterday's deposition.

Brit dodged the slammer a few times this year - but 2008 is a whole New Year, y'all.
