Britney Spears Shows Up for Custody Dispute, Wants “Monitored Visitation”
Looking put together, Britney attended a deposition at K-Fed's lawyers' office, and stayed put a full two and a half hours. What a change from last time - when Brit showed up hours late and stayed only minutes.
Britney SpearsThe deposition was to question Brit about her side of the dispute, and she was probably asked about her train-wreck lifestyle. Drugs, alcohol, and reckless driving could all be reasons to lose the kids. This time, though, the former party-girl is trying to be a mom.
Today, the day after the deposition, the pop wreck's lawyers set a court date, claiming that Britney should get "monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting."
It isn't mandatory that the parents attend tomorrow's early morning hearing, but if Britney can stay under control, I'm sure that it will help her case.
The former superstar's mental health is being called into question in this investigation. TMZ.com is reporting that Brit will need to undergo psychiatric evaluation in order to keep her kids.
If yesterday's serious effort is an indication of how Brit's doing, she might be able to stay in her children's lives. But the pink-wig wearing, British-accent Britney doesn't have a chance.
