Britney Spears Regains Visitation Rights!

Britney Spears: Photo Credit: WENNBritney Spears was over the moon with happiness this week, and not because she's been smoking the good stuff again - at least we hope not.

After losing visitation rights with her boys, running over a paparazzo's foot and realizing that her Malibu home may be up in flames, it's pretty safe to say that last week wasn't the best of weeks for poor Brit-Brit.

And while it wasn't the worst of weeks for the 25-year-old pop tart (head-shaving, partying and rehab seemed to be off her to-do list), this week is shaping up to be a better one already.

Not only did Brit regain visitation rights with her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but she also stopped off at a Beverly Hills medical clinic to pump up her pout.

A new look and sympathy from the courts all in one week? Looks like things are looking up for Spears.

Wonder what she'll do to screw it up this time?
