Britney Spears – Like Mother, Like Daughter?

Britney Spears has been on the straight and narrow (well, sort of) since her mom Lynne flew to Los Angeles to help her baby girl a few weeks ago - but Mama Lynne may be influencing Brit-Brit more than we think.

Brit's parents Lynne and Jamie have been spending some much-needed quality time with their daughter and it looks like Lynne and Britney have more in common than they're willing to admit.

The 26-year-old pop tart went on a therapeutic shopping spree on Monday (with her mom) where she just happened to purchase clothing in the same style as mommy dearest.

Photos of Britney trying on clothes at the Miss Sixty store in L.A. show just how much the former pop icon resembles her mom.

Lynne and Brit-Brit have had an on and off relationship over the past few years (Britney even accused her mom of trying to sleep with K-Fed at one point) but Mama Lynne played a huge role in Spears' life as she rose to stardom in the late 1990s.

Looks like Britney still takes advice from her mom.

Hopefully she'll listen to all of Lynne's suggestions - not just ones related to fashion!
