Britney Spears has “No Plans” to Attend Court Hearing Today!

As Kevin Federline shows up to court a respectable 20 minutes before the hearing, there's still no sign of his chaotic ex-wife, Britney Spears.

Spears was strongly advised by her legal team to attend today's hearing if she wanted even the slightest chance to regain visitation rights with her children.

Britney Spears: Photo Credit: Judy Eddy/ WENNWhile Kevin, decked out in a navy blue suit and sporting a slicked back Mohawk, promptly arrived at Stanley Mosk Building in Los Angeles for the hearing, sources tell PEOPLE that Brit-Brit is at home with "no plans" of attending today's hearing.

Britney recently lost all visitation rights with her children after refusing to give her boys back to K-Fed at the scheduled time. Shortly after, Britney was hospitalized for, what is now being called, a mental breakdown.

Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters that Britney needs to show for today's hearing or she could be waiting until April to see her boys.

The 26-year-old pop tart, who has been spotted with her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib several times over the past week, may have ruined any chances of regaining visitation rights by bailing on today's court hearing.

That Britney really is shameless.
