Britney Spears Gets Support from Avril Lavigne!

Britney Spears has received a lot of celebrity support since rumors of a bipolar disorder starting circulating, but one person you'd never expect to be defending the troubled pop tart is her former enemy, Avril Lavigne.

Even Britney's biggest rival has sympathy for the pop wreck, insisting that the paparazzi are completely out of control.

"I feel bad for her. How does she even think with all those flashbulbs? When I'm being followed, everything's thrown off.

"They run red lights. They cause accidents. She can't even walk to her car. F---ing stalkers."

And Avril's not the only one who thinks the paparazzi have gone too far.

Councilman Dennis P Zine called into Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show to discuss the "Britney Law."

The proposed legislation will require paparazzi members to acquire licenses to take photos. If paparazzi snap pics in areas that are prohibited, their licenses will be revoked.

I am all for this new proposed legislation, something need to be done soon. They have already passed similar laws in the UK after Princess Dianna died; many attribute her death to the paparazzi.
