Britney Spears’ Chaotic Interview with Ryan Seacrest

Chaotic doesn't even begin to describe the antics that Britney Spears pulled during an unscheduled, over-the-phone interview with Ryan Seacrest for his morning radio show.  

Ryan called the sleepy singer at 9 o'clock this morning - waking her up out of bed after a long night of watching movies and eating fried chicken.

And while an impromptu interview probably seemed like a good idea at the time, it simply wasn't the wakeup this unfit mother needed to get her life back on track.

At first, the Britster was cooperative and sweet, answering Ryan's questions in the most professional way she knows how.

When asked about how she deals with the criticism of her parenting skills, the mother-of-two responded with, "People say what they want and do what they do. It's sad how people ... how cruel our world can be.

"But at the end of the day you gotta to know in your heart that you are doing the best that you can."

And when Ryan asked if she thinks she's doing the best she can, the Toxic singer replied with, "Oh God, yeah, yeah."

And just when Spears finally started gaining back some of the respect she lost, her erratic behavior came back full force.

All of a sudden, in mid-interview, Brit decided she was going to take a shower.

Ryan (who seemed to be very confused at the time) asked Brit's friends, Alli and Sam - who were also on the phone at the time - if Brit wanted to say anything to her fans.

Alli and Sam kept pretending they couldn't find the MIA singer, until eventually the call ended with the three misfits heading to McDonalds and Starbucks for breakfast.

Good to see she has her priorities in order.

Ryan gave Brit ample opportunity to reach out to her fans and she blew it.
