Britney Spears Can Visit with her Children?

Britney Spears may be causing Kevin Federline more grief than he'd like lately but that doesn't mean her ex-hubby isn't torn up about his boys not seeing their mom.

Reports are now stating that Kevin Federline may actually let the troubled pop tart see her children - under a few conditions.

Britney Spears: Photo Credit: WENNAccording to TMZ.com Kevin is in New York City attending fashion shows this week while Brit's mom, Lynne, is taking care of Sean Preston and Jayden James. The site claims that K-Fed is allowing Lynne to take the boys to see their chaotic mom while he's away because he thinks it's important that they keep in touch.

But don't think Kevin plans on taking it easy on Brit. He still plans to fight for custody.

At this point, the former pop icon has no visitation rights with her sons after being hospitalized twice in the past month for "mental issues."

And while many reports claim that Kevin is reaching out, there's no sign that Britney's willing to take his offer.

Brit-Brit's been seen at Starbucks, the gas station and the dance studio during the past few days - but no sign of spending some quality time with the kids.

Looks like Kevin is trying to be the bigger person.

Wonder if Britney will appreciate it?
