Britney Spears Back with Paparazzo Boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib!

The same day as her release from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles, Britney Spears was back to her usual antics: Dodging swarms of paparazzi while cozying up to one of their own.

Brit and her paparazzo boy-toy, Adnan Ghalib, were heating things up before the 26-year-old pop star was hospitalized on Friday but, when he was a no-show at the hospital, many believed the relationship was a sham.

And while her new BFF wasn't on hand to lend his support at the hospital this weekend, it appears he was free for a post-hospital hookup immediately after Brit-Brit was released.

The mother of two performed a disappearing act on anxious paparazzi waiting outside her home in Beverly Hills this weekend. She managed to leave her home without any photos being snapped, at all!

Spears was then seen (with Adnan in hand) at the Daily Grill in Palm Desert at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Did she take any time to rest?

Apparently not, considering the restaurant manager watched the just-released star down a champagne mimosa as soon as she sat down - hey, it's 5 o'clock somewhere, y'all!

Brit's actions after leaving the hospital have friends and family worried about her mental state.

Wonder if MommyLynne plans to help her daughter at some point?

We also wonder if "failing to show at the hospital when you're daughter is in need of support" made an appearance in her recently put-on-hold parenting book?

At least Brit has Adnan to lean on for support.
