Angelina Jolie vs. Katie Holmes – Who’s the Better Mom?

There's no doubt in anybody's mind that both Angelina Jolie and Katie Holmes are incredible moms, but if you had to give the Mother of the Year award to one of the two women, who would you choose?

Let's evaluate the types of moms each of these women are:

Angelina

The great thing about Angelina is the fact that she has lots of kids. Being a kid in the Pitt-Jolie family must be a blast because there's always someone to play with. She provides a great home for her children (and God knows she's super-rich) but the fact that she has a lot of children (and money) also plays to her disadvantage.

Angie admits that sometimes she favors her adopted children over her biological daughter, Shiloh, but is trying to make a conscious decision to stop. She also spends so much time trying to help the United Nations and other Third World countries that she spends a lot of time away from her home and her children.

Now let's move on to Katie...

Katie

Katie Holmes shocked the world when she announced she was pregnant with Tom Cruise's baby. Not only did Katie seem too young to have children but she never even mentioned wanting to have children before she announced her pregnancy.

But little did we know, Katie has turned out to be a fantastic mom who raves about her daughter, Suri, every chance she gets. Not only that, Suri is pretty much attached to Katie everywhere she goes. This could also be Katie's downfall.

Sometimes Katie spends so much time with Suri that she may be smothering her. This could end up being very detrimental in the future. Not only that, Katie revealed on David Letterman that she and Tom let their 1-year-old daughter stay up until 11 o'clock every night. If they start giving in to her now, just wait until she hits her teens.

We think all of the moms in Hollywood are great (especially Jennifer Garner, Denise Richards, Victoria Beckham and Reese Witherspoon) but we'd give the award to Katie.

Of the Hollywood moms, who do you think deserves the Mother of the Year Award (please don't say Britney Spears)?

I vote Angelina WORST mom possible. Who wants a mom who actually misses your first birthday party, as she did Shiloh's? She said she was going to take time off to help Pax adjust to his new life (pretty much the same thing as being born) and she totally pulled the disappearing act. Nothing like being born and finding out your mom has better things to do. She's the WORST. Those kids are DOOMED.

Angie! She has 4 children. I don't think you should compare mothers with a lot chidren with mothers who have only one child to worry about. Even though Angie goes to help UN it is not a 9-5 job. Imagine all the working moms other than holywood . That is a not a minues. She has every reason to feel more for the adopted kids for obvious reasons.She loves Shiloh. When you have adopted kids you will understand this. She usuallly works two months a year they have a father who watch them while she is away.

Angelina is the mom----Katie is the actress playing the part of a mom. Let's see how long she keeps this Tomcat front up---when is the contract up?

I think Katie is the better mom. Angie was a great mom to Maddox. Pretty good with Zahara. She has been ok with Pax. She is HORRIBLE to Shiloh. By reading the body languange in photos with Angie and Shiloh, it's apparent they haven't bonded. Shiloh is rarely out on family outings. And it is NOT because of her age. Angie brough Zahara everywhere when she was a baby. Angie has severe emotional problems and because of that is not loving Shiloh as she deserves to be loved. And now Brad seems to be following suit and allows Shiloh to be left home alone. I shudder to think of Angie having more biological children.

i don't get why people make up such bullsh*t about tom and katie...for me, katie is the better mom...i somehow pity shiloh because it came out of her own mother's mouth that she feels more for the adopted children then her more "privelege" one...i mean, come on angelina...it is not shiloh's fault she was biologically born to two of the world's most influential people...

Angelina's children are accessories to her, she chooses which one she will be seen in public each day like most of us decide which purse to use. She tries to paint herself as a saint who adopts poor orphans and works with the UN only to cover for the fact that she is a skanky homewrecker who makes out with her brother.
