Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Waiting to Announce Pregnancy

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may be expecting another baby in the next nine months but that doesn't mean they're ready to announce the exciting news to the world.

Many are wondering why such an obviously pregnant Jolie has waited so long to announce that she's expecting another baby with boyfriend Brad Pitt.

Angelina Jolie/ Brad Pitt: Photo Credit: Adriana M. Barraza/ WENNBut, as many mommy-to-be's know, the first few months of pregnancy can be very scary and announcing a pregnancy before you're sure of the outcome can cause a lot of stress for the mother and the baby.

Angelina and Brad aren't the first Hollywood couple to wait until the later stages of pregnancy to announce the news. Just last year Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie were practically popping out of their blouses before they told the world they were expecting.

And with the recent news about Lily Allen's miscarriage, it's no wonder Brad and Angelina have decided to wait to publicize the good news.

It looks like Jolie might be four to six weeks along but it isn't uncommon for women to wait until about seven or eight weeks to give the news to family and friends - let alone the entire world.

Give Angie and Brad a couple weeks, I'm sure they'll be beaming with happiness when they finally announce the good news!
